Ashley spent many years weight training and practising yoga before she fell pregnant with her first child. Since the start of pregnancy Ashley suffered from excruciating back pain which left her not being able to exercise much. Three months post natal she went on a search for something to cure the pain and this is when she discovered and fell in love with Pilates.
Amazed by the effectiveness of Pilates in helping with her back pain as well as regaining her pre-baby strength and muscle tone. Ashley went on to become a Pilates Instructor. Leaving behind a career in Human Resources to pursue her passion for Pilates is testament to the impact it had on her life.
Ashley loves being an Instructor here at Morning Light Studio and feels she is a part of a beautiful community sharing something special with the world.
