Corissa has been falling in love with all the benefits of yoga for over 12 years. In 2015, she took her love to the North of India, where she studied Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga to earn her 200hr YTT certificate and begin her journey as a teacher.
Though the physical gains from yoga are countless, what Corissa really values is the physical movement tied with focus on the breath, and how that can impact the mental wellbeing of her students and herself. This focus along with a very real and playful environment, truly embodies Corissa’s yoga teaching style.
After taking her first barre class about 3 years ago, Corissa began her journey as a barre instructor almost immediately. It was evident that her goofy personality and love for music had found the perfect outlet!
Her passion for holistic fitness, movement, and good music translates into a high energy, dynamic class, that leaves you sweaty and vibrating at your highest frequency. Corissa’s classes provide a space for people to level up, push themselves in a supportive environment, and most importantly- to have fun!
