Movement has been medicine for Corinne for as long as she can remember, but it wasn’t until she found Yoga that she discovered how powerful making shapes with her body in a fully embodied, breath initiated way could be.
Corinne’s personal practice has evolved with her lifestyle, age and becoming a mother. Today what she teaches is informed by her own experiences, the wisdom of her teachers and trainings and above all else, Nature.
Corinne is most inspired by the rhythms of mother earth and how her patterns and cycles are seen within our own bodies. Through deep exploration of breath, meditation and feminine form movement Corinne has cultivated a connection and awareness to my body that guides her both on and off her mat.
Her classes are infused with elemental wisdom, subtle body exploration and mindful movement that leave you feeling grounded, embodied and inspired.
