
For Elle, Yoga in it’s entirety has been a profound catalyst for growth and self-discovery for over a decade. Originally studying Hatha Vinyasa in 2013, Elle then journeyed into the world of Restorative Yoga, embodied meditation and trauma-informed practice, to compliment her fellow passion of psychotherapy. Elle’s classes blend movement with rest, philosophy with psychology, and a deep respect for the practice with playfulness.
