Delivering meditation beyond mindfulness, this complete program includes critical preliminary
practices that prepare the body, mind and emotions to enter the meditative state – without
which, practice is likely to be frustrating, increasingly challenging and an unrewarding process
of unsuccessful 'mind control’. Building on this, the sequentially structured modules traverse
through mindfulness toward places beyond the mind, where new states of conscious
awareness can be reached – toward the place of no mind at all where we have access to, and
are reminded of, our original nature… which is where meaningful meditation begins.
Intentional in its outcome, this training has a clear destination (because, let’s face it, if your
meditation journey lacks a destination, then where exactly are you headed??). Your job is to
simply walk the path and keep on it until you arrive. For many, staying on the path is the
hardest part! But rest assured, the additional guided home-practices included within the
course are a real game changer to keep you committed and on track!
With a common sense and methodical approach over almost 2 months, this course is a highly
