Yoga nidra plays in the in-between state of sleeping and wakefulness, and brings the nervous system into a state of deep calm, dialing down stress and inner tension. This practice allows us to simultaneously perceive our unique and separate individuality and our non-separate wholeness with all of life.
What to bring/wear:
socks, a wrap or jumper to ensure you are warm and comfortable, comfortable clothing. We will be lying in savasana for yoga nidra.
