and focuses on the masterful use of energy and the integration of all layers of being.

Ayurvedic Practitioner and a professional member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association of the USA.
The workshop is open to all level practitioners and each day includes both Yoga Practice (including asana, pranayama, meditation, Yoga nidra) and lectures/discussions.
