This special experience begins with a ceremonial style intention setting. You will then be gently guided through a deeply nourishing Yin yoga immersion to restore the body, relax the mind and calm your senses. At this time, we will invite you to open yourself to the power of Reiki and our combined intentions. Invite Reiki to flood into the room and mix with the light that is present within each of us. Allowing your mind, heart, and soul to open up to the powerful energy and light that is within you.
