Do you feel confident tailoring to your classes to pregnant women or to women who have recently had a baby?
This workshop is designed for yoga, pilates and barre instructors, personal trainers and fitness coaches. It is designed to leave you confident when working with pregnant and postnatal women.
You will learn all about the pelvic floor, abdominal separation, common musculoskeletal conditions that occur during pregnancy, exercise precautions and safe exercise alternatives.
