Your spine is your primary support structure, providing stability, allowing you to stand upright and move in a variety of ways. It is also home to your spinal cord which is why a strong, healthy spine is critical to the health of your nervous system. The tools shared in this workshop will complement your regular yoga and Pilates practice, and help you take care of your back.
This 90-minute workshop will focus on using the BackMitra – an ingenious foam strip – to:
realign the natural curves of your spine
release muscular tension in your back, neck and shoulders
increase mobility in your shoulders, pelvis and spine
enhance your breath and help you relax deeply.
The BackMitra is unlike anything you’ve experienced. Effective, safe and simple to use, your back will be eternally grateful!
This workshop is suitable for people of all abilities and experience levels.
