Join us for an afternoon to flow and connect. We will do a gentle yoga flow, a meditation and visualisation, affirmations and conversations over tea. As part of the experience you will also receive; a set of pregnancy and birth affirmation cards from Mayde and Mama (The Iris Collection) and an essential oil roller tailored for pregnancy support.
