Are you pregnant? Do you want to learn how to safely move your body, strengthen your pelvic floor and continue pilates and yoga throughout your pregnancy?

Join Women’s Health Physio, Caitlin for a Workshop designed for you during pregnancy. Caitlin will guide you through a 45-minute prenatal reformer class followed by a 45-minute workshop. You will learn how to modify yoga and pilates to support your pregnant body as well as how to strengthen your pelvic floor and minimise pelvic girdle pain.
