I will be sharing my own inner journey with you all and how I recovered using the tips and tools that I have learnt over 17 years of practice. Through sound healing, rest and restoration of my busy mind, I was able to heal and face trauma through my darkest moments of confrontation in a supported environment. Enabling me to re-create my dream life.
