This special experience begins with a ceremonial style intention setting as we plant seeds of kindness for the future, weaving meditation and reflection on the year that has been. You will then be gently guided through a deeply nourishing Yin yoga immersion to restore the body, relax the mind and calm your senses all whilst being immersed by the beautiful sounds of Adam Buchanan Music.
