Join Phoebe in for an evening of deep, nourishing rest through a 60-minute yoga nidra practice. This is a perfect opportunity to wind down and go inward, in alignment with the ‘gathering in’ energy of Winter.
Yoga nidra plays in the in-between state of sleeping and wakefulness, and brings the nervous system into a state of deep calm, dialling down stress and inner tension. This practice allows us to simultaneously perceive our unique and separate individuality and our non-separate wholeness with all of life.
What to bring/wear:
socks, a wrap or jumper to ensure you are warm and comfortable, comfortable clothing. We will lying in savasana for yoga nidra.
