Phoebe is a dedicated yoga teacher and student, who teaches in a gentle (yet challenging!) and heart-centred way.
She firmly believes that the body is one of the most amazing gifts we have, and that through a consistent yoga practice we have the possibility to find a connection with our truest selves – full of possibility, whole, and unique.
Phoebe has been practicing yoga for 20 years and completed a 200-hour power vinyasa teacher training in 2014. She has sought out many mentors and teachers throughout the past two decades and has attended numerous workshops and ongoing teacher trainings in both Australia and Thailand. Students will find her flowing, interesting vinyasa classes challenging while honouring where each student is at – there are always options, and everyone is welcome.
In addition to practicing and teaching yoga, Phoebe has worked internationally as a leader of 5-star wellness retreats and is a qualified naturopath and herbalist. She has a deep understanding of wellness and the journey that many of us go through on the path towards healing and wholeness
