Katya has over a decade of experience teaching yoga, coupled with in-depth knowledge of correct postures, breathing and relaxation techniques.

Lisa has completed numerous studies from a Degree in Sport Science to Psychosomatic Therapy, Emotional Anatomy, and Emotional Release.
