Kayla and Becky are excited to invite you to join us for a day of nourishment and rejuvenation.
This day has been calling us for some time.
Specially created with our seasonal needs in mind. Join us for a day that will uplift you and assist you in resetting your nervous system. Unwind, recharge, and reconnect with yourself through a variety of practices. This day retreat will be the perfect opportunity to reset so that you can step towards the rest of the year with a new found sense of nourishment from the inside out.
This nourishing day will include:
- Pilates Power: Strengthen your body and improve flexibility with our upbeat and challenging Pilates session
- Vinyasa: An open level class designed to re-center and reconnect.
- Breathwork and Meditation: Learn techniques to soothe your mind and enhance mental clarity.
- Cacao Ceremony: Experience the heart-opening benefits of ceremonial-grade cacao and use this open heart led practice to move into your journalling and intention setting practice.
- Yin Yoga: End the day with a deeply restorative Yin Yoga Practice to wrap you up in a nest of peace before floating away on a cloud of bliss!
This will be the perfectly balanced day. Moving and working hard to shift any stagnant energy (open level practice), Nourish you from the inside out with a healhty lunch, and heart led practices to have you dropping into the present and prioritizing your well-being. Join Danielle for 2 hours of intentional connection with other women in our community. We will gather each month to co-create beautiful heartfelt connections, experience expanding practices and receive an energetic lift. Each gathering will focus on a different theme around self-care and a growing connection to self, incorporating cacao ceremony, sound healing, guided meditation, self-care practices, creation, and open sharing.
Danielle believes that the more women come together to connect, share, grow and co-create it invites us to shine a bit more and spread magic into the community, the world and ourselves.

This workshop serves as a supportive container for individuals to tap into their inner wisdom, guiding them in moving their bodies within their yoga practice in a way that aligns with their unique needs and intentions. This includes identifying their personal motives for practicing, bringing awareness to any limiting or disempowering beliefs that might be preventing them from optimising the benefits of their practice, and working through personalised alignment cues designed to suit the individual.
Workshop Overview:
Meeting in circle
Optional sharing of one’s yoga journey including wins and challenges
Short gentle practice for grounding
Connecting with one’s personal intentions for practicing
Exploring a few foundational yoga poses and how to approach them to suit one’s personal intentions

Hour long practice focusing on what was covered
Finishing in circle with optional sharing

A Childbirth and Motherhood Preparation Course
If you are aiming for a vaginal birth that will leave you feeling positive and empowered and you’re also seeking an easier recovery from birth; both physically and mentally; then this course will give you the hands-on tools and knowledge to help you achieve this. Combining both ancient and modern birth wisdom; this course makes sure we are preparing the body, the mind and the Nervous System for childbirth: which all play vital roles in allowing physiological birth to progress and you to best manage the physical and emotional intensity of the childbirth process.
We’ll be deep-diving into physiological childbirth; what can get in the way of it; and the practical steps both you and your birth support person(s) can take to give you the optimal chance at having a vaginal birth of your baby; as well as learning how to adapt for other birth outcomes and interventions that may become necessary; so you still feel positive and empowered about your baby’s arrival, no matter the circumstances.
In this 1 day in-person program you will learn
- How physiological birth happens and what you can therefore do to support it
- A range of effective tools to use to integrate pain and challenge in childbirth (including breathing techniques, sound work, movement, visualisation and mind-techniques)
- How to prepare your body for childbirth – set exercises to help support spontaneous labour and optimal positioning of your baby (avoid breech and posterior)
- How to move your body in childbirth – set positions and movements to use during childbirth to keep labour progressing and support baby into the optimal position
- How to prepare your Nervous System for birth – tools and exercises to start toning and training your Nervous System which can have the biggest impact on the progression of labour
- How to prepare your mind for birth – exercises to explore your beliefs around birth, your personal reactions to challenge and discomfort and how to work with these to allow you to hold capacity for the challenges and changes that can happen in childbirth

Jasmine Bashford, Rise yogaAs a recent new mother herself, Jasmine has a particular passion for supporting women on their journey, physically and mentally into motherhood. She used her Yoga Therapy training and further studies and research to overcome her own struggle with perinatal anxiety and to support her to have a childbirth that was both an empowering and positive experience for everyone involved. She runs classes and courses and free community circles that support women in this way, as well as her private Yoga Therapy sessions. She is a big advocate for using multi-modalities to support our health and development, knowing that this provides a person with a wider range of accessible tools they can then choose from to suit what their current needs are. She has herself worked with Yoga Therapists, Women's Health Physios, Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Reiki practitioners, Counsellors and Psychologists to support the work she has done in her own health and self-development. She therefore often refers on to allied health professionals and will happily work with any current practitioners you may be working with to help get you the best result.

This workshop and masterclass experience will:
– Share the anatomy and intricate engagement of the abdominal cannister, learning how to utilise this
to cultivate physical power that distributes from the centre out into the limbs and beyond.
– Share yogic philosophy to cultivate and direct energetic power by building an inner fire to burn
through limiting and misaligned beliefs to transform our internal and external worlds.
– Provide an opportunity to experience either or both a Barre and Yoga class to put learnings into
practice.

Jayde DoodyComing from an extensive dance background, movement has always been a part of Jayde’s life. It naturally guided her to facilitate movement as a hobby whilst studying and working within the Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Industry. Thus, over the last sixteen+ years, Jayde has attained numerous qualifications in various modalities, including Barre, Mat and Reformer Pilates, and Yoga. Approximately seven years ago, she transitioned to facilitating movement and supporting others professional development full time after realising it was her true passion and the most effective way to be of service in this lifetime. Jayde believes movement connects and heals us. She is passionate about utilising movement as a vehicle to learn and connect with who we truly are, and, in turn, improve the quality of our relationships and life. Furthermore, she believes movement provides us with the capacity to determine our own unique gifts, whilst challenging our limiting beliefs, so we can all better serve our world. Jayde feels movement is an underrated tool in assisting evolution and value embodiment and is eager to bring it to the forefront to create lives we feel empowered and aligned to live. You can expect a strong yet nourishing practice with Jayde. She is an anatomy and language geek - the human body fascinates her, always learning how to move in more effective ways, and she believes language to be one of the most powerful influencers of mindset. Nuance can be a game changer in both - that subtle physical adjustment or shifting from negatively to positively geared language can make an enormous difference to our practice and life experience. Playfulness is integral in self exploration, and as a recovering perfectionist, showing up consistently is what facilitates progress, knowing that sometimes we need to regress to progress. Jayde feels honoured to connect with others through movement, and she strongly believes it is an essential part of her life purpose. She looks forward to spending time with the MLS community as both a student and facilitator, knowing we can all authentically belong and evolve within this safe space.

Join Jac Keleher for ‘The Art of Touch’ – a workshop for connection and learning the art of Zen Thai Shiatsu and healing touch.
As humans, we have an innate need for human connection. In a world that so many at times feel isolated and alone, not only mentally but on a cellular level, the power of healing touch is a pathway to healing humanity back into a state of wholeness, re-connecting through loving touch and intention
This workshop is a playful journey of curiosity, exploring healing touch through connection practices and learning techniques of Zen Thai Shiatsu. We will move through some somatic embodiment and connection-based practices, before learning a basic body-work sequence that you will both give and receive with a partner.
Zen Thai Shiatsu is a movement based therapy built on loving intention. The practice itself is a weaving together of Shiatsu, Thai massage and osteopathy techniques – a therapeutic practice of listening deeply to what lies within both the physical and energetic body and addressing the invitation back to wholeness from that place.
All you need to bring is your body, and an open heart ready to give and receive! Bring your friend or your partner, or come alone and welcome in new connections. Everyone is welcome! Please note this is a workshop, and will not give you any qualifications, but if you fall in love with the practice (and I know you will!), I can inform you about training pathways for further learning.

Embrace the energy of emergence and lightness that the Spring Equinox brings with a heart opening and inspiring 2 hour Yin Yoga with Crystals experience.
Yin Yoga is a beautifully relaxing yet opening practice that assists in connecting the heart, body and soul.
This 2 hour unique experience allows you time to stay within, to be still and take note of what the body and soul are sharing with you as we emerge from the winter and step into the warmth of spring.
By infusing crystals with the powerful Yin Yoga practice combined with the light fresh energy of the Spring Equinox you will begin to deeply connect with the heart while being completely relaxed and supported.
The full 2 hours will be dedicated to Yin Yoga and Crystal Connection.
Everything will be provided for you along with your own set of cleansed Chakra Crystals for you to take home.
The evening will finish with a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath Savasana followed by tea and a raw grounding treat.
