Jasmine Bashford, Rise yogaAs a recent new mother herself, Jasmine has a particular passion for supporting women on their journey, physically and mentally into motherhood. She used her Yoga Therapy training and further studies and research to overcome her own struggle with perinatal anxiety and to support her to have a childbirth that was both an empowering and positive experience for everyone involved. She runs classes and courses and free community circles that support women in this way, as well as her private Yoga Therapy sessions. She is a big advocate for using multi-modalities to support our health and development, knowing that this provides a person with a wider range of accessible tools they can then choose from to suit what their current needs are. She has herself worked with Yoga Therapists, Women's Health Physios, Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Reiki practitioners, Counsellors and Psychologists to support the work she has done in her own health and self-development. She therefore often refers on to allied health professionals and will happily work with any current practitioners you may be working with to help get you the best result.

Rani LawsonConnection to oneself through movement has always been a pivotal interest for Rani. A dancer since young, she began teaching Belly Dance, Hip hop and Latin dance classes in her early teens and was first drawn to yoga to improve her endurance and flexibility. The surprising clarity and deep connection she experienced after each class, however, was profound. She has since spent years teaching yoga and movement both Australia-wide and internationally across Singapore and Indonesia. She believes a strong movement practice has the innate ability to heal and cultivate powerful, life-force energy. She holds over 500 YTT hours collectively in the practices of Vinyasa, Hatha, Animal Flow and Embodied Movement. In class, Rani loves to combine functional and somatic movements with structural and energetic alignment to create a conscious and intelligent practice to deepen the in-body experience of any level of practitioner.

Resilience, Power, Discrimination, Wisdom, and Longevity are all highly desired
qualities in which the ageless science of Ayurveda thrives on building in our lives.
The 3 Vital Essences of Prana (energy), Tejas (inner light), and Ojas (primal vigour)
are a key factor in the attainment of optimal conditioning of our being on all levels.
We commonly hear that ayurveda tells us what to eat, what natural remedies to take
and what time to go to bed right! While that’s true and an essential aspect of life,
there is far more to the teachings of Ayurveda than diet and oils.
Ayurveda is the science of all aspects of life and yes that includes our body, however
it also includes our subtle energetic system, our mind, and ultimately deep soul
connection to the Inner Self and the world around us.
