Sunshine Coast Yoga, Pilates & Barre Studio

Our stunning studio is based in the Sunshine Coast’s state-of-the-art sports precinct – The Sports Hub Bokarina – Level 1, 26 Main Drive, Bokarina.

Morning Light Studio offers state of the art facilities with the location to match. We have two modern studio rooms both of which are open, spacious, surrounded by greenery, and flooded with natural light. The studio overlooks Lake Kawana which brings the beautiful coastal vibes right onto your mat. It’s hard not to feel instantly calm and relaxed in this beautiful studio. 

Our mat studio fits 25 mats comfortably and offers high ceilings with ambient lighting and wall-to-wall windows to create a naturally light-filled space. Our Reformer Pilates studio is our newest addition, offering 10 timber Reformer Pilates beds.

Relax and make yourself at home in our spacious reception and retail space which includes complimentary organic herbal tea and filtered water. Take a seat in our inviting lounge area and connect with other like minded individuals before and after class, or enjoy browsing some of our favourite small sustainable Australian-owned products.

Acknowledgement of Country

We acknowledge Aboriginal peoples as the First Peoples of this nation and respectfully acknowledge the Gubbi Gubbi peoples of the land on which we practice. We wish to pay respect to their Elders – past, present and emerging, and acknowledge the important role Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people continue to play within the community.

Facilities

There are showers available for on Level 1 at the Sport Hub and in the basement next to the lift.

Studio hire

We are passionate about delivering high quality opportunities for the local community. We love supporting other local businesses that align with our values. If you have a workshop you would like to host, a team meeting, or would like to hire our space to run a personal development seminar, get in touch with our friendly team to see the magic we can create together.

We offer hourly, and half day hiring packages outside of our class schedule. We also have availability to collaborate with you to share these offerings with our clients here at Morning Light Studio. 

If your event requires catering, we have a small tea station which includes a selection of organic herbal tea and cups. We also have a selection of preferred catering partners that we can suggest for you.
