The Ritual is a guided 28-day experience designed to help you reconnect with supportive routines, rebuild consistency, and anchor movement into your life in a way that feels grounding, nourishing, and sustainable.
This isn’t about discipline, pressure, or chasing. It’s about showing up, consistently, and with intention and allowing movement to become part of your identity, not another thing on your to-do list.
When movement becomes a ritual, it becomes who you are.
What This 28-Day Journey Looks Like
Over four weeks, you’ll be supported to:
• Rebuild rhythm after the holiday period
• Increase movement consistency without burnout
• Feel more grounded, energised, and connected
• Create habits that last beyond the challenge
• Strengthen your relationship with yourself and our community
How The Ritual Works
• Attend a minimum of 3 classes per week (12 classes total across 28 days)
(Mat, Reformer, Yoga or Barre)
• Track your progress on our in-studio Ritual Board
• Choose one weekly ritual practice to anchor consistency
Optional: gentle self-care practices such as walks, hydration, breathwork, and journaling
What’s Included
• Weekly emails + short videos delivered every Monday
Each week introduces a new ritual focus, reflection prompts, and a mini practice to support consistency
• The Ritual Ebook + journal prompts
Your guide to ritual, rhythm, movement mindset, and self-connection
• Two special community events
– Sunrise Beach Meditation and Yin Yoga Session – With Paul
– Guest wellness session
• Studio support & accountability
Our team will be checking in, encouraging, and celebrating you along the way

When you complete 12 classes and tick off 10 items on your Ritual Bingo Card, you’ll receive a Morning Light Studio Tote Bag or T Shirt as a celebration of your commitment and consistency.
All participants who complete the challenge will also go into the draw to win our major prize pack valued at $500 our way of celebrating the energy you’ve poured into yourself.
