A restorative evening designed to nurture your body, soothe your nervous system and reconnect you with inner stillness, with a touch of education to deepen your experience.
Zenthai Shiatsu is a holistic, intention based bodywork modality that blends the therapeutic philosophies of Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Thai Massage and Osteopathy. Rooted in Eastern medicine and the movement of Qi (life force), Zenthai works with meridians, acupressure points, breath and gentle movement to restore balance physically, emotionally and energetically.
During this session, you will not only receive, but also learn a little about the principles behind the practice including:
• How Zenthai supports mobility, digestion and the nervous system
• The role of meridian pathways in physical and emotional health
• Why mindful touch, breath and movement help the body return to harmony
Two intimate sessions are available to allow for personalised attention and spaciousness within the studio sanctuary

The Ritual is a guided 28-day experience designed to help you reconnect with supportive routines, rebuild consistency, and anchor movement into your life in a way that feels grounding, nourishing, and sustainable.
This isn’t about discipline, pressure, or chasing. It’s about showing up, consistently, and with intention and allowing movement to become part of your identity, not another thing on your to-do list.
When movement becomes a ritual, it becomes who you are.
Over four weeks, you’ll be supported to:
• Rebuild rhythm after the holiday period
• Increase movement consistency without burnout
• Feel more grounded, energised, and connected
• Create habits that last beyond the challenge
• Strengthen your relationship with yourself and our community
• Attend a minimum of 3 classes per week (12 classes total across 28 days)
(Mat, Reformer, Yoga or Barre)
• Track your progress on our in-studio Ritual Board
• Choose one weekly ritual practice to anchor consistency
Optional: gentle self-care practices such as walks, hydration, breathwork, and journaling
• Weekly emails + short videos delivered every Monday
Each week introduces a new ritual focus, reflection prompts, and a mini practice to support consistency

As part of The Ritual 28 Day Challenge, you’re invited into a spacious and intentional morning designed to help you pause, reflect, and consciously open into the year ahead.
This is an opportunity to step out of the busyness of daily life and create space to listen, to soften, and to reconnect with what you want to carry forward into the months ahead.
Guided by Laura Humphreys, you’ll be led through a grounding meditation to settle the nervous system and bring you fully into the present moment. From here, you’ll be supported to shape your sankalpa a meaningful intention that acts as an inner compass, guiding how you move, choose, and show up throughout the year.
The morning will also include reflective journaling, offering gentle prompts to clarify what you are inviting in, what you are ready to release, and how you wish to cultivate ritual and rhythm beyond this season.
This is not about setting rigid goals or adding more to your to-do list. It’s about creating intentional space, deep listening, and aligning with what feels sustainable and true for you.

As the final celebration of The Ritual 28 Day Challenge, you’re invited to gather for a deeply grounding and radiant start to the day and the season ahead.
Join Paul for a Sunrise Beach Yin Yoga & Meditation, a gentle and soulful practice crafted as a ceremonial close to your ritual journey. Together we’ll greet the morning light, allow stillness to wash over us, and honour the growth, clarity, and intentions you’ve cultivated over the past weeks.
We’ll begin with a slow, soothing yin yoga class, tuned to awaken the body without rush encouraging softness in the connective tissues, a calm nervous system, and an open heart. As the sky lightens and the sun begins its rise (sunrise is approximately 5:45 am on this date) in our shared space, we’ll settle into a guided meditation, anchoring you in presence, gratitude, and openness to what is to come.
This event is an invitation to slow right down to breathe, to feel, to celebrate and to integrate into the next chapter of your year with calm confidence and joy.
