A Certified Sound Healer, NLP Practitioner and Reiki Practitioner, Michelle is passionate about creating immersive sound experiences that guide you into deep relaxation, allowing your body to fully rest and heal.
Using Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, gongs, rattles, and drums, Michelle’s Sound Journeys promote relaxation, restore balance, and support overall well-being. Rooted in ancient traditions, this practice helps reduce stress, improve focus, and bring harmony to the mind, body, and spirit.
Our session begins by tuning into the sounds around us. Then, gently turning inward… to the heartbeat, the breath. Each breath slows us, brings presence, and each exhale, a release. This Sound Healing journey is a soft reminder that stillness and connection are always within reach — when we take the time to truly listen.

Arrival: Please arrive15 minutes early to settle in.
What to Bring: Yoga mat, blanket, bolster/pillow(for comfort) Eye covering(eye pillow/mask or a lightpiece of clothing) to support a deeper relaxation. A crystal (if you feel drawn to charge and cleanse it), Water bottle, Eat a light meal before hand.
Please note, we do have spare mats available at the studio if needed.
