Meet Your Hosts:

Kayla Nichols – Founder of Morning Light Studio, Kayla is a leading expert in yoga, Pilates, barre, and holistic wellness. As a mother herself, Kayla brings a wealth of lived experience and deep empathy to her teachings. She understands the unique challenges of motherhood and is passionate about supporting women to feel empowered, strong, and connected both to their bodies and their sense of self. Through her nurturing approach, Kayla creates a safe and inspiring space for mums to thrive, helping them weave wellness into their busy lives with ease and intention. With over a decade of experience, she specialises in helping individuals build strength, restore balance, and reconnect with themselves through movement, breathwork, and mindful practices.

Sarah Jackowski – Founder of She Is Nourished, Sarah is dedicated to helping women nourish their body, mind, and soul. As a mother of three under three and a half years old, Sarah experienced burnout and a disconnect between who she was before motherhood and who she had become. By focusing on her health, mindset, nutrition, and fitness, Sarah rediscovered her purpose and now mentors other women through their own motherhood journeys, helping them become the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves.

Elise Small – A certified breathwork facilitator and spiritual coach, Elise is deeply passionate about supporting mothers who are carrying the weight of everyday life and simply need a moment to breathe and reconnect. She weaves together breathwork, meditation, and sound healing to guide you into a space of calm, clarity, and deep restoration. Her work is all about helping women step out of their busy minds and into their hearts and bodies because when we make that shift, life becomes more aligned, fulfilling, and so much lighter.

Louise Siwicki – As a globally certified fertility coach and heart-based leader, Louise brings a wealth of expertise in modalities such as hypnotherapy, timeline therapy, NLP, and coaching to support women on their journey. In this event, Louise will explore how perfectionism creates stress and hormonal imbalances, leaving us feeling burnt out. Together, she’ll help you reconnect with joy and rediscover how to have fun.

A Certified Sound Healer, NLP Practitioner and Reiki Practitioner, Michelle is passionate about creating immersive sound experiences that guide you into deep relaxation, allowing your body to fully rest and heal. After living in Darwin, she is now back on the beautiful Sunshine Coast—where she grew up—and excited to share the magic of Sound Healing with her community!

Using Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, gongs, rattles, and drums, Michelle’s Sound Journeys promote relaxation, restore balance, and support overall well-being. Rooted in ancient traditions, this practice helps reduce stress, improve focus, and bring harmony to the mind, body, and spirit.

Join international yoga teacher and holistic art therapist Lara Zilibowitz on a magical day retreat devoted to reclaiming your unique embodiment and soulful expression.

Throughout the day you’ll be guided through a meaningful map weaving together meditation, yoga, somatic movement, ritual and creative art processes. Each invitation will empower you to reconnect with your authentic nature, which is your birthright. To awaken to the intuitive wisdom within you.

This is a not-to-be-missed journey with Lara to drop deep down into the lusciousness of your body where your nervous system can unwind and your heart art can express.

Lara Zilibowitzyoga teacher, artist, soul pilgrim, holistic therapist, body poet. i am dedicated to the path of embodied curiosity, of descending inside, with our breath as a guide, to look for treasures… For this body of ours is an extraordinary alchemical vessel filled with so much magic and meaning. It is forever awaiting for the fire of our presence in order to transmute any struggle, and metabolise any stress into embodied wisdom and mental freedom. For me, this is the heart of Yoga, and true meditative awareness. A welcoming of ourselves full-spectrum to practice, showing up empty of agenda, with a willingness to befriend ourselves and get to know ourselves on a deep and true level. This Tantric approach has been radical medicine in my personal journey working with post traumatic stress symptoms of somatic anxiety and insomnia. Learning to trust the intelligence of my body as a potent source of power, creativity and healing, not to mention abundant pleasure. This realisation has become my life passion and purpose. My dedication, as a facilitator and guide, is to invite you to feel that embodied curiosity is the purest form of self-love there is.
