Sound of Being™ Journey with Matty Rainbow
Not just a sound bath—an immersive, transformative experience.
Step into the Sound of Being™ Journey, a deeply restorative and expansive sound experience designed to go beyond relaxation and into profound healing. Created through years of research and practice, this unique approach to Sound Healing integrates breathwork, mantra, energy alignments, meditation, and ritual, drawing from Vedic, Shamanic, Egyptian, Japanese, and Daoist traditions. This is not passive listening—this is a journey where sound is used intentionally to guide the body into a deep theta brainwave state, activating cellular restoration, emotional release, and heightened states of awareness.
What Makes Sound of Being™ Different? Unlike traditional sound baths, the Sound of Being™ approach:
Works directly with the nervous system to support emotional regulation and deep release
Combines ancient traditions with modern vibrational medicine research
Uses a multi-layered sonic approach, blending voice, frequency, and instruments in anintentional sequence
Guides participants beyond relaxation into states of expanded consciousness, insight, and transformational experience.
Be bathed in a dynamic fusion of Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowls, Native American Flutes, Medicine Drums, Crystal Harps, Monolina, Paiste Gongs, Chimes, n’Goni, Hand Pan, Harmonium, and more.
This journey is open to everyone, whether you’re new to Sound Healing or deeply familiar with meditation. It offers freedom from mental chatter, emotional stress, and energetic stagnation, allowing you to return to your natural state of balance.
Guided by Matty Rainbow.Co-founder of Sound Healing Australia, Matty Rainbow brings over a decade of experience in therapeutic modalities, energy work, and vibrational healing. His approach bridges practical science with the unseen energetic realms, offering a grounded yet deeply expansive experience.

Prana in Motion: A Journey into Alignment, Energetics & Hands on AssistsAre you looking to refine your asana practice and deepen your understanding of alignment? In this three-part workshop series, we’ll explore the energetic pathways of the Prana Vayus, the life forces that govern movement and breath in Yoga and Ayurveda.
Through this 3 part series, you will break down foundational postures, focusing on internal application and hands-on experience to refine your alignment, understand prop use, and learn effective hands-on assists. We’ll dive into the energetics of each Vayu, how they influence the body and mind, and how to apply them directly to your practice.
This series has been set up in 3 parts. Meaning you could do just one of the workshops, 2 or all 3 depending on your time and interest.
Each 2.5-hour workshop will include:
- Philosophical teachings on the Vayus and their influence on our practice
- Anatomical alignment for safe and effective practice
- Hands-on assists to help you guide others in their practice and build deeper trust between you and students or fellow practitioners
- Prop use to enhance your alignment, support your body, and deepen your understanding of each posture
Workshop 1: Apana Vayu & Samana Vayu
Apana Vayu governs the downward and outward movement of energy, while Samana Vayu regulates digestion, assimilation, and the balancing of energy. In this session, we’ll explore linear standing postures, seated forward folds, and twists to activate these energies and create balance. You’ll also learn hands-on assists to support your fellow students or refine your craft in these grounding postures.
Workshop 2: Prana Vayu & Vyana Vayu
Prana Vayu is the upward-moving energy of inhalation, while Vyana Vayu circulates energy throughout the body. This workshop focuses on lateral postures, backbends, and inversions like forearm balance and handstand to harness these expansive energies. We’ll cover techniques for assisting these dynamic postures safely and effectively.
Workshop 3: Udana Vayu
Udana Vayu is the energy of expansion, speech, and expression, often associated with the upper body and head. In this workshop, we’ll focus on postures that support this movement of energy including shoulder stand, headstand, and savasana, using these poses to explore the heightening, energizing effects of Udana Vayu. Learn hands-on assists for inversion and relaxation postures, supporting students to achieve a deep restful state.
Join us for this transformative journey to explore the subtle energy of yoga and enhance your practice with deep alignment, energetic awareness, and safe and effective hands-on assists.
If you are a teacher looking to improve your skills, these workshops will allow you to refine your craft and make you a stand out teacher in the industry, giving you a way to better support both your students in a class environment or tailor incredible private offerings.

Workshop 1: Friday 4th April 5:30pm – 8pm
