with Live Sound Journey by Chris Lane
A restorative evening designed to nurture your body, soothe your nervous system and reconnect you with inner stillness, with a touch of education to deepen your experience.
Zenthai Shiatsu is a holistic, intention based bodywork modality that blends the therapeutic philosophies of Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Thai Massage and Osteopathy. Rooted in Eastern medicine and the movement of Qi (life force), Zenthai works with meridians, acupressure points, breath and gentle movement to restore balance physically, emotionally and energetically.
During this session, you will not only receive, but also learn a little about the principles behind the practice including:
• How Zenthai supports mobility, digestion and the nervous system
• The role of meridian pathways in physical and emotional health
• Why mindful touch, breath and movement help the body return to harmony
Two intimate sessions are available to allow for personalised attention and spaciousness within the studio sanctuary

This event promises a relaxed body, tranquil and enlivened spirit. Love concert and bodywork united in one auspicious night.
Please wear soft, comfortable long sleeved clothing that allows ease of movement. Simply lie back, surrender and let yourself be guided. Your only job is to receive.
