From a young age, Kate trained as a competitive gymnast and never stopped moving.
It was when she began to train in various dance styles that she took her first pilates class from a ballet teacher.
Through Pilates she found a new level of understanding her body and how to move more efficiently. Everything improved; pirouettes, handstands, running. so much so that she wanted to share this with others through teaching.
Kate has been teaching movement for 17 years and is passionate about helping others to experience the same joy and positive impact for themselves. You’ll find her classes dynamic and upbeat delivered with the biggest smile and love for what she does bursting at the seams!
