This transformative experience inspires her to empower others to cultivate a soulful connection to their health and well-being.
In a former career as a registered nurse specializing in emergency medicine and youth mental health, Kayla developed a profound understanding of the body and mind. Now an Ayurvedic Health Coach, Pre & Postnatal Exercise Specialist alongside her thousands of hours of Yoga and Pilates Training she blends modern medicine with the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda to provide holistic support for her clients
