Sarah strives to ensure her classes are challenging and accessible for everyone. Through sequencing that involves gradually layering each movement to scale the intensity and complexity, students are encouraged to choose the option that works best for them.
Sarah is a qualified mat Pilates and vinyasa yoga facilitator. An enthusiastic learner with a keen interest in human anatomy, she is passionate about helping students understand how movement patterns improve function off the mat and in their daily lives.
With a background in Occupational Therapy and a passion for supporting people to reach their full potential, Sarah looks forward to working alongside her students to help them progress towards their goals. Sarah’s priority is to ensure all students feel comfortable and welcome in her classes. She is grateful to be part of the Morning Light Studio community sharing her passion with others.
