If you’ve heard all the talk about breath-work and wondered what it’s all about – this is your chance to come experience it for yourself .

Transformational Breathwork is a powerful and life changing experience . It will take you on a journey to the depths of your subconscious mind and help you to transform your subconscious behavioural patterns and reactions .
