With an experiential emphasis on Meridian theory & the graceful art of teaching, join us for a 60hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training – Dissolve in stillness and realms of healing.

Meridian Harmony is a specialised unique Roots Yoga Life course that is delivered via in person training, aswell as via an online portal and easy to use study app.

It has a variety of imaginative and expressive, videos, audio recordings and notes to share with you.

This training is designed to impact lifetime yogi practitioners, ancient medicines professionals, movement professionals, and scientists of self study.

Join us as we dive deeper in Chinese Medicine Philosophies, Meridian Nourishment and the surrender of Yin Yoga.

This training is a 60 hour emersion that requires intensive personal study, surrender and a diligent practice of yoga. Your teaching guides are ZaRa and Ah Ra from Roots Yoga Life. Whom are lifetime yogis, movement professionals, martial artists, dancers, Allopathic and Chinese medical practitioners, herbalists and acupuncturists

Upon graduation you feel more confident practicing, teaching and sharing the benefits of Yin Yoga.

Bring positive new space and clarity to the new year, and start 2024 CALM and on track.

All of us love and need to retreat from the world occasionally. This auspicious time, when we close
one year and open ourselves to the next, is the perfect opportunity to spend a day in harmony with
yourself and allow your body and being to regenerate. Drop your past year and let it go with ease.

Switch off from your phone, the television, your computer, the radio, and chatter. We live in a world
today where we receive more information in one day that people born 100 years ago got in a life
time! How do we balance that? This day of quiet healing is a rest for all of the senses. A period of
deep silence is observed for the duration of the retreat. The energy of silence and mindfulness
penetrates our flesh and bones, and calmness prevails. In Noble Silence we cultivate higher levels of
hearing, perception, and vision.

Take home valuable techniques and experience a wonderful plethora of nurturing sessions
complimented with aroma therapy to balance the body and mind, and heighten the experience of
relaxation.

• NOBLE SILENCE – To ensure the deepest release of ‘stress toxicity’ complete silence is
observed during the Retreat. No phones or smart watches.
• BRING – A bottle of water and your own lunch. Herb tea will be offered. (Please note
refrigeration is not available).
• ATTENDANCE – Come prepared to dedicate the entire day to the silent journey. Make
arrangements that will enable you to be available and attentive to the practice without
outside disruption. (Exiting during the lunch break, or making phone calls throughout the
retreat period will interfere with the sensitive energy cultivated during the day).

This powerful workshop will set the new year up with useful skills for your child such as yoga, mindfulness, art and other activities which support kids to be happy, kind little humans. Learning these skills will make new years meaningful every year, as manifestation and energy are part of everyday life and help us all thrive positively and most importantly teach your child to be calm, resilient and balanced.

Please pack some snacks, water bottles and bring along a mat (or borrow from the studio) as we will have time to play, connect and eat together too ( an important aspect to regulation!). Please also bring along a sacred object per child (crystal, feather, shell etc) to use in our group Mandala.
