Are you ready to feel lighter, more aligned, and pain-free? This 4-week Block Therapy workshop is designed to help you reconnect with your body, release built-up tension, and improve overall well-being.

With the flexibility to attend ONE OR TWO classes per week over 4 weeks, you’ll learn how to decompress and rehydrate your fascia using breath, movement, and mindful pressure. Each session focuses on a specific area of the body, ensuring a full body reset. Whether you’re looking to ease chronic discomfort, improve mobility, or simply feel more at home in your body, this course provides the tools to create lasting change.

Are you new to Block Therapy or are you looking to deepen your practice? The workshop
provides a solid foundation while offering advanced modifications for those ready to explore deeper levels of release.

Workshop Breakdown

Starting Tuesday 5th March

Tuesdays 8-9am 

Fridays 10:45am-11:45am

Each week, we’ll target key areas of the body to systematically release fascial adhesions and restore optimal function and health:

Week 1
Class 1: Upper Torso, Shoulders & Ribcage
Class 2: Lower Torso & Abdomen

Week 2
Class 3: Pelvis & Buttocks
Class 4: Upper Legs

Week 3
Class 5: Lower Legs & Feet
Class 6: Arms & Hands

Week 4
Class 7: Neck & Throat
Class 8: Face & Scalp
