Tara, better known as Tazzie, has developed a true passion Barre Pilates falling in love with the practice from the moment she first stepped on the mat. After seeing and feeling the physical benefits along with the positive mental and well-being effects. She soon became passionate about wanting to help others feel the benefits that Barre Pilates has to offer.
Tazzie is dedicated to holistic health, fitness and well-being, with particular focus on pre & post natal health for women. She holds a Cert 3 in fitness instructing as well as pre and post natal Pilates qualifications, providing safe and gentle exercise to help with strength and confidence before, during and after pregnancy. With her dance and fitness background you can be assured, Tazzie will have you moving to the music, sweating and most importantly having fun!
